Hey guys! As you may have seen from Instagram and the like, this past weekend was the first beauty blogger event in Brisbane; Obsession 2015! I was extremely lucky to attend, and I thought I would do a post on my experience, and also the ma-HOO-ssive goody bag(s) we were fortunate enough to receive! Please don't take this as bragging, guys! I just thought it would be fun to share what we got, and if you spot anything in particular you would like to see reviewed, please let me know! I'm pretty much going on an unofficial spending ban because LAWD knows, I have enough skin/hair/bodycare to last me the next year + lel.

Despite taking my camera to the event, I didn't take any photos because I'm a little lazy and awkward haha, but there was a photographer who took these photos! There are lots more on the Obsession 2015 Facebook page if you wanted to have a bit of a stalk squiz.
This was the first blogger event I'd ever attended, so I was nervous indeed. Even though I didn't know many of the people there, everyone was super sweet and kind (of course) and they really made the day a whole lot more enjoyable! Any awkwardness was ultimately caused by myself haha :P The event was held at the Stock Exchange Hotel, which made for a really lovely venue! The room was arranged really nicely. There were many brands there to talk to us bloggers/vloggers and demonstrate their products to us. There were also a few presentations from brands and a Q&A type talk from Jordy of Jordy's Beauty Spot. I definitely learnt a few new great things, and discovered new brands as well!
It was seriously such an enjoyable afternoon! It was just such a great, laid back and fun day to meet new people and learn new things. It's very interesting seeing people in real life haha! Of course, I have to give a massive shoutout to Kate and Dani who organised the whole thing. I can't thank them enough for putting together such an amazing and successful day!
